Legal information
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of SEROS by authorized businesses and their workspace users.
Effective date: August 8, 2026
1. Authorized use
You may use SEROS only if a workspace owner has authorized your access and only for legitimate business communication. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only the permissions assigned to you.
2. Connected channels
Connecting Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, or another service authorizes SEROS to exchange data with that provider for the enabled features. Your use remains subject to the provider’s terms, policies, messaging windows, consent rules, and technical limitations. You are responsible for maintaining valid provider accounts and access.
3. Customer data and compliance
Workspace owners control the customer data they connect or enter. They are responsible for notices, permissions, lawful processing, retention settings, responses to individual rights, and the content of messages sent through the service. Users must not upload or send information they are not authorized to process.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Spam, fraud, harassment, deception, or unlawful surveillance.
- Bypassing access controls or attempting to access another organization.
- Introducing malicious code or disrupting the service.
- Using channel data outside the purpose authorized by the customer.
- Violating applicable law or third-party platform policies.
5. Availability and changes
Features may depend on third-party APIs and can change when those providers change their services or policies. We may update, suspend, or limit functionality to protect security, comply with provider rules, or maintain reliability. Preview or staging functionality may change more frequently and is not guaranteed to be continuously available.
6. Ownership
SEROS and its software, design, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Workspace owners retain their rights in the business and customer data they provide, subject to the processing needed to operate the service.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for a security risk, policy violation, unlawful use, provider restriction, or loss of authorization. Workspace owners can disconnect integrations and stop using the service. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and applicable retention rules.
8. Disclaimers and contact
The service is provided subject to the availability of its infrastructure and connected providers. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every third-party event will be delivered without delay or interruption. Questions about these terms should be directed to the administrator of the applicable SEROS workspace.
